*claims that hot chocolate with marshmallows is more beneficial than oranges stuffed with vitamin C*
Another day another post.
While the snow threatens to fall any day now I just bought a rather beautiful skirt. No, I don't see the logic in that either, adding to the fact that I have no money and yet I still bought the skirt? My brain needs a year-long holiday I think.
A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders as I received a conditional offer from University!!! I cannot contain my excitement, I feel as if my future is starting. Bring on the champagne!
Currently attempting to start (not finish as I have done nothing but eat all weekend) my huge pile of homework, I keep trying to kid myself that I have non but alas, that fact is never (ever ever ever) true.
It's time to bring out the dr martens and ski mittens, and all that christmas food. I officially declare it's christmas when my birthday is over and I have watched Love Actually. If that isn't reasonable then I don't know what is.
Everything is snowballing at the moment, school is becoming extremely hectic and everyone just falls asleep at random moments (I, too, am ashamed to say I have fallen asleep on top of my school books and drooled all over page 394). Although my day on friday was comforting, as my maths teacher brought in coffee and home-made brownies to cheer us all up at 8.10. We cheered and smothered her with gratitude, little things like that shouldn't go unnoticed, it was so thoughtful and genuine.
I must go and attempt to tackle my essay on Lord Jim, it feels like I'm scaling a mountain with no footholds or rope.
Have a picture I took for my art class. This is my smoulder.
